Ban minorities from obtaining guns and our crime rate would be equal with the Swiss. If you want to tackle the actual problem, that is=) Its not a pretty picture, but it is life. Sometimes truth is difficult to hear. I'm not promoting we do this by the way. But we won't solve the problem until our leadership on BOTH sides actually accept the problem and stop trying to gloss over reality. And the worst crime is mostly in Democrat run districts.

    The rate is simple math.

Do you have problems doing simple math?

The murder rate, as I pointed out to you earlier, isn't a good metric to compare.

As I schooled you on earlier, one murder in a county with 1k people would be a 100 per 100k murder rate.

This gives the impression that a safe area is dangerous.

    This is why you prevaricate.

What matters is where the vast majority of murders occur, which is what my map represents.

This happened because the state of Illinois failed to enforce the law.

Quite obvious that places that have the highest population density will likely have the most murders. It does not take a rocket scientist to determine that. I know what your map represents. Are you going to admit that your statement "Homicide rates by county." applied to your map is wrong?

Quite obvious that the places that have the highest population have orders of magnitude higher murder rates, because they have magnitude of order higher total murders.

Quite obvious that the places that have the highest murder rates are heavily concentrated in specific areas of the country.

Quite obvious that a map that includes total homicides by county can quite obviously determine murder rates by simple math.

Quite obvious when comparing low total homicides in low population areas with high total homicides in high population areas, murders per 100k is not a good metric to compare them with.

Quite obvious to everyone but you, apparently.

Let's take a look at high murder RATE counties, shall we?

    https://www.policeone.com/ambush/articles/370416006-10-U-S-counties-with-the-highest-murder-rate/

    1. Orleans Parish - LA

One of the few counties that went for Hillary Clinton. According to this, this county went 80% for her.

    https://www.politico.com/2016-election/results/map/president/louisiana/

    2. Coahoma County, Mississippi

    71.6% Clinton.

    https://www.politico.com/mapdata-2016/2016-election/results/map/president/mississippi/

    3. Phillips County - Arkansas

    61.9% Clinton

    4. St Louis City and Baltimore City

    79.7% and 85.4% Clinton, respectively

    5. Petersberg City, VA

    87.5% Clinton

    6. Macon County, Alabama

    82.7% Clinton

    7. District of Columbia

    92.8% Clinton

    8. Washington County, Mississippi

    67.6% Clinton

    9. Dallas County, Alabama

    68.5% Clinton

So what we see here is that, if we want to stop "gun violence" in this country, what we need to do is disarm Democrats.

It's probably illegal for most Democrats to own a gun anyway under existing laws.
