Actually since California has halted carrying out death sentences in 2019 they have had an increase in murders.

I think people who live in large cities would settle for any penalties at all.

 

I’m not familiar with the crime statistics for totalitarian states, but I would say a strong argument could be made that severity of punishment is less likely to deter crime than the certainty of being caught in such a state. People are less likely to act out when they are firmly under the thumb of their government. I don’t suppose any of us here support such a system.

 

But at least if your in prison, you have the opportunity to get out.

VAERS data suggests thousands have died after vaccination, but like how covid deaths were counted that included cause of death other than covid, the "debunking" folks have made the claim that cause of death "doesn't" include those who died after vaccination being determinatively caused by the vaccine. This seems pretty problematic. Given that folks die from lots of other causalities other than covid as well. But hey, this shows not many, but the folks who died from either hypotensive myocardial infarction, or thrombosis, those folks are still dead. As for the J&J jabs that perhaps caused this, well, hard to find info Google intends to bury. Which is why there are other search engines.

So the number isn't zero here, is it? As a product of mandatory vaccination doesn't it seem odd that you're willing to inflict this here, but are squeamish if say a court convicts folks who you suggest might be innocent? Were these folks not innocent? It's pretty shocking that you'd maintain this position.
