I have posted this picture before, but I like it(even though it is bit old now, from May of 2008 ).

The picture is of me at the top of Cathedrale Notre Dame de Paris.

As far as a bio, I am 9'14 850 pounds, oh (*)(*)(*)(*) that, this is not a dating site, I am not going to list my measurable. But seriously, I am a 26 year old guy from Chicago, but I now live in NYC. I am a first year graduate student at NYU for Middle Eastern Studies. I currently have no hobbies, as school work takes up most of my time, and the rest involves socializing(which I suppose could possibly be considered a hobby). I used to post at this forum a lot, but the frequency at which I post has declined significantly. After school, I want to work for the State Department, and they are already paying for a large portion of my schooling. Last of all, my father is my favorite person in the world. I am lucky to have a dad as great as him.

Frodly, you mean the Eiffel Tower -- no?

I remember that pic from you and then you said it was at la tour Eiffel.

Besides, it's way to high up on your picture to be taken on the Notre Dame.

Manas AB is still there and is still full of GI's... took this shot through the airplane window, when landed there 4 weeks ago or so... the country is not radicalized at all, at least not yet - on many occasions we all sat happily in the restaurants with locals, drinking wine and eating pork

    LOL!

Oui, je suis Belge -- ma langue maternelle est le néerlandais parce que j'habite en la Flandre, l'Anvers pour être precise.

En general, mon françcais est "comme ci, comme ça"! ;)

I'm way better in reading and listening (/understanding) than writing and speaking (I've got "cold feet" regarding the latter!).

Anyways I've got LOADS of questions for you, I'm going to ask them on your profile!

Quite funny to finally meet a Belgian person on the forum, which ends up actually being American! :omg:

glad to meet you too, and you are far ahead of me, as I don't speak any Flemish(shame on me!)

I'll answer all your questions, but if you don't mind, I'll do it through private messages, as I'm sure most people wouldn't be interested. . .
And you know that older ladies like to surround themselves in mystery! ;)
but I am busy tonight (playing bridge), so I'll catch up with you a little later or tomorrow.

Yes, my pic in the 1st post of my thread is missing. I moved it and planned on putting it back but the edit function is off on these forums so there goes that. Besides, there too much talking and not enough pics so might as well just lock the thread.

What did you want, a thread filled entirely with topless photos? I suppose I could contribute, but that may be a bit inappropriate!!

They are wearing 'halti' head collars, to help to stop them pulling. Whan you have 8 stone plus of dog that has been deliberately bred over thousands of generations specifically to be as strong as possible at pulling things attached to the end of each your arms (and also bred to have an independant mind of its own, specifically so that it will ignore its well trained commands when it decides it is right to do so), it's a very useful tool to be using, believe me! It doesn't restrict their mouths at all (as you can see in the picture), or cause them any discomfort or anything - they are quite happy wearing them - it just moves the point of contact of the lead forward so that their heads turn before they can exert their full strength to pull forward.

They are fully trained not to pull on the lead, of course, but (like most mals I have ever met) they both have their moments of suddenly deciding for some reason that it really isn't the right moment to obey that training (especially when they see some small animal moving around - they were also bred to have very strong hunting instincts) - those haltis have kept my arms in their sockets on more than one occasion!

I am uneased in front of a camera so don't have many pics of me. This one was taken some five years ago though, since you have asked so nicely:

*chair is moving because of laughter*

Mikezila is a trucker you know...

Although you notice he does take care of himself and spends time taking care of his looks (the beard is cleanly shaven, etc.).

My friend Alexis (in the middle) was throwing a party at his place. It was pretty cosy save for the plastic glasses:-D
