In which federal court and federal lawsuit did he commit multiple felonies. In which grand jury did he commit a felony?

 

I believe the Democrats have said that does not warrant impeachment and removal from office. I think Pelosi and Schumer know that if they try to impeach and remove Trump over the same charges, for which they have no evidence, it is going to be thrown back in their faces. Has the SC and DOJ made such a referral to them?

Not sure where you are getting your information....the Starr Investigation dealt with a number of things while he was President, travelgate,, the misuse of FBI files, Clinton conduct during an on going civil lawsuit, and the 1994 failed Whitewater land deal.
