I'd say it's a close call with Cohen in the lead. I mean after all Cohen lied about the timing of Trump Tower Moscow, but so did Trump. Then of course you can throw in Trump's lies about Stormy and the payoff, and his failed lies about the Trump Tower meeting to name a few.
What's the impeachable offense? NDA are DESIGNED to protect both parties from it "coming to their doorsteps" and they are perfectly legal.
It's the other thing that has Trump in trouble. Speaking under oath, Cohen also said he worked “at the direction of the candidate” to keep a former Playboy model and a pornographic film actress quiet about alleged affairs they had with Trump, and that those actions were specifically designed to influence the 2016 presidential election. He pled guilty to crimes HE committed and shouldn't have to any payments to Daniel, but he lied about them.
It's a witch hunt because there was no predict crime by Trump or the campaign and they have found no evidence otherwise. Cohen was going to be the guy who was going to blow it out of the water and PROVE their was Russian Collusion.........................ah fail.
The Orange Ogre is no beacon of goodness. But, why does any rational/honest person give anything Cohen says any credence if there is no evidence behind it. It is proven that the man lies under oath. This is also disturbing. It turns out Lanny Davis (Clinton Operative) wrote Cohen's entire opening statement.
