    Correct, they were never touched.
    That's why Fox and Lindell are paying out money for lying about the voting machines.

    Since the last 80 years, the U.S. lead the world in both science and technology, and Lindell now wants the Red counties to trash their voting machines, and start hand counting paper ballots.

    Well, I’m a Critical Thinker, and critical thinkers do ask themselves questions;

    1. Are there any countries who are still hand counting paper ballots?

    Answer; Surprisingly, CANADA! And since the last 100 years.

    Yep, according to my research, Canadian federal election paper ballots are still hand counted.

    2. In Canada’s last election, there were how many polling stations, and poll workers?

    Note; I just wanted to find out the number of election workers, and polling stations needed to hand count nearly 18 million paper ballots VERSUS the election workforce needed in the U.S. to machine count nearly 150 million votes.

    Answer;

    U.S. last election; Approx. 120,000 polling stations, 900,000 election workers

    Canada; 20,000 polling stations, 240,000 election workers

    Thus, per capita, Canada significantly has more polling stations and election workers.

    3. Next question; In Canada’s last federal election, were there any hand recounts, and what were their percentage of errors?

    Answer; Absolutely, there were 4 county recounts

    BINGO!

    And here’s a laughable recount;

    County name; Chateauguay, Quebec

    Initial hand count;

    Bloc Québécois Candidate O’Hara; 18,413 votes
    Liberal Candidate Shannahan; 18,099 votes

    And due to human errors, hand recount results;

    Liberal Shannahan; 18,029……minus 70 votes
    Bloc Québécois O’Hara; 18,017…..minus 396 votes

    396/18,413% = 2.15%

    Note; Said percentage of error is overwhelmingly higher than Georgia’s hand recounts.

    CONCLUSION; Will Lindell’s paper ballot/hand count system be more accurate and trustworthy?

    The dems already think they have "dis-proven" the election fraud that 40% of all Americans believe happened. Their idea of dis-proven is the inability to prove. That's like a doctor telling his withering patient that he can't find anything wrong with him, so he must be well and his crippling pain is just his imagination.

    Analyzed for what? Fox was found libel for lying about the voting machines.
    It's all over the news.
    Well except for fox. Try a different source of information.
    Actually, I gave you links to the story. Did you read them?

    What has escaped you is the fact that when "so-called" evidence was brought to 60 other judges they found the evidence to be false.

    It has been shown to have insufficient evidence in 60 hearings.

    Sure, and said 40% also believed/still believe Mike Pence could have overturned election results.

    Trump;

    Prior to Jan 6; “All he has to do is reject electoral college votes”

    Yeah, right!

    On Jan 6; “Pence didn’t have the courage to overturn election”

    Yeah, right!

    After Jan 6; “Had he sent the votes back to the legislatures, they wouldn’t have had a problem with Jan 6, so in many ways, you can blame him for Jan 6”

    Yeah, right!

    Your adorable leader is a real sicko.

    I didn't say anybody was adorable, that view is your problem. But I will say- Biden is as close to a puppet and/or a moron as any politician in history, and if you are unable to realize how dangerous that level of incompetence is, your opinions are totally worthless on anything.

    AGAIN, totally worthless to a Trumper

    ______

    Mr. spiritgide,

    Do you believe Pence had the power to overturn the 2020 election results?

    YES or NO

    He claimed to have done the investigations though (as did several Trump supporters), he claimed to have proven the national presidential election result was fraudulent. What they should have been actually doing was demonstrating probable cause, that there was any legitimate reason to even suspect some kind of crime or misdemeanour had taken place. They failed to do that, which is why there were no formal investigations (other than in to their frauds, presenting false evidence in court, defamation against individuals and organisations or reneging on legally binding wagers).

    If I called the police and declared that you were a terrorist planning an attack, they wouldn't (or, given you're in the US, shouldn't) raid your home and confiscate computers and paperwork to try to find evidence to back up my empty assertion. They'd look in to the rationality of my claims, based on information they already have about you and, significantly, information about me to see if I'd have any vested interest in seeing you falsely accused. The wouldn't take any action against you, even as an initial investigation, without probably cause.

    40% of Americans believe the election was stolen

    Just a false belief concocted by Trump and his disciples……same as Pence had the authority to overturn election results, but he didn’t have the courage, thus, Hang Mike!

    Yes or no? Why not ask "Have you quit beating your wife? " You think you're a lawyer perhaps, afraid to hear a comprehensive answer and so pull a sucker play?

    The vice president is usually considered the person who "counts" the electoral votes (only a formality) and announces the winner. He does not have the power to overturn the facts, but at the same time he probably does have the responsibility of declaring the count legitimate or flawed. That would not overturn an election, it would bring about some kind of investigation or review to verify the issues of concern, and that could lead to the congress declaring the election invalid. That's my view of it, but I'm not a constitutional lawyer. Neither are you, obviously. I know of no election where that has happened, nor do I know of any election in history where probable cause to believe fraud took place was even remotely close to the level surrounding the 2020 presidential election.

    Only a fool would believe that the inability to find physical legal quality evidence is a declaration of innocence. A "Not guilty" court verdict only says we could not find enough evidence to support a guilty verdict. That does not in any way mean the crime didn't happen, nor that the person accused is innocent. Close to half the American public believes the election was won by fraud. The right can't prove it was- the left can't prove it wasn't, but certainly worked hard to avoid it being investigated instead of being open about it. That alone says there was a need to cloak the process from review. There's usually a reason for doing that, and it is invariably that tells us there is something to hide.

    If those who oppose any viewpoint refuse to listen to reasonable concerns of the people who disagree- they oppose freedom and justice, the core values of the American system.
    The favored approach of the liberals has been to declare any conflict with their desired perception to be fake news- dismissed without hearing because it doesn't agree with their view.
    Such people are fools; that mindset will backfire and eventually destroy them; they will become unfit to live in any kind of just society- and will have none, because the one they build will wind up being as unjust to them as to those they think are their enemies. Small minds never escape their own limitations.

    You listen to reason and give it fair hearing. You do not listen to nonsense. The left has done just the opposite.
    Truth matters to the conservatives, while the libs and left seem to fear and hate it. That alone casts doubt on the motives and intents as well as the character of the group.

    Amazing how people so sure Trump was the antichrist can look at the trail of devastation Biden is creating and see no evil.
    That would seem to be far more than just being blind; but blind while envisioning absurd delusions.

    Thank you for your response.

    I’m certainly not a constitutional lawyer, but I do understand the following procedure;

    OBJECTIONS

    “in the case of an objection, the Joint Sessions recesses and each chamber considers the objection separately for no more than two hours. Each member may speak for five minutes or less. After each House votes on whether to accept the objection, the Joint Session reconvenes, and both chambers disclosure their decisions. If both chambers agree to the objection, the electoral votes in question are not counted. If either chamber opposes the objection, the votes are counted”

    _______

    TRUMP; “All Mike Pence has to do is send them back to the states, AND WE WIN”

    B.S.

    A false belief concocted by Trump and his disciples.

    And you never saw me say anytime that Pence had the power to reject the vote. I suspect that the left would have created that falsehood and line, because they never give credence to anything that conflicts with their anti-Trump vendetta- and they have no hesitation in manufacturing fake stories to help them sell their stuff.

    I don't agree with either side making it up, or either side rejecting common sense, reason and logic. Unfortunately, the horrible state of the union right now is due precisely to the fact that the left feels differently, and elects people without a shred of competence or moral character.

    Results tell us if we have made good decisions or bad ones. All you have to do is look at the news and you see the flying monkeys are in charge.

    We should go back to decisions that were made over 300 years ago, for example, here’s an Act that fixed a bad decision, however, too late;

    The Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994

    Too late considering the fact Canada started with an interstate branching system.

    Results???????

    Not a valid comparison, because Mike's claim was not just a statement, he had 'data' which he thought could prove it.

    Turns out it didn't. Now he's been ordered to pay the computer expert who proved his data was wrong.

    You haven't produce a valid counter argument.

    A grievance list isn't a counter argument, it's not the topic of the thread.
