Anecdotally poking holes in the timing of specific predictions does nothing to refute the big picture conclusions that have been made. If 95% of medical doctors around the world, after years of rigorous research, concluded X treatment was the best way to proceed in addressing an illness you have what you're saying is you'd ignore the research because doctors being paid by the manufacturer of a device designed to address the illness say their way is better. Climate science denial is all about the GOP, THE ONLY ORGANIZED GROUP OF PEOPLE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH WHO DENY THE SCIENCE, protecting their benefactors. If the Koch brothers decided to go full out in to renewable energy the GOP's denial would melt away (pun intended).

An increased military presence will surely in time do that.

I would look at the number of deportations since Trumps taken office. People who have no criminal histories, some who have been here for at least a decade and have contributed to society, are being given the boot. Then we look at Trump aiming to deport 100,000 refugees. Doesn’t he not realize these people don’t want to be here, but they are only here until their country is stable? A responsible thing to do would be to build temporary housing for these individuals, not deport them.

That’s how he’s a human rights violator-in-chief.

And these environmental scientists do actually have financial incentive to spread doom and gloom, their grants, fancy conferences and their very jobs will disappear before they can say "I am freezing" if they don't push this global warming narrative.
