So is Missouri an open primary state ? You where Dems and Reps can vote in each other's primaries ? Or do you have to change party registration? In Connecticut we have closed primaries and if you are going to "jump" over you have to do it 90 days prior to the primary.
That holds true even if you are going from unaffiliated to eighterva Dem or a Rep. You say people jumped so Missouri must be open primarybor very easy to jump parties?
