The family of a doctor in Illinois discovered more than 2,200 medically preserved fetuses at his property a little over a week after his death, the authorities said.

The Will County Coroner’s Office received a call on Thursday from a lawyer representing the family of the doctor, Ulrich Klopfer, who died on Sept. 3, the Will County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

While going through Dr. Klopfer’s property, the family found 2,246 medically preserved fetal remains, the release said. At the request of the family, the lawyer asked the coroner’s office to remove the remains."

This doctor was practicing 40 minutes from where I live. Is there some law that allowed him to take those remains to his house? Surely there would have to be a signature from the women giving consent.

 

Probably part of the dead baby parts black market trade. That's the main reason why organizations like planned parenthood exist anyway. Money doesn't grow on trees, it grows in the womb's of the irresponsible.

After the recent death of an Indiana abortionist, the man’s family stumbled upon over 2000 preserved remains of babies on his property.

Ulrich Klopfer (and from here on, I will not use the title of “Dr.” to describe this man) performed much of his dirty work at several sites in Indiana. He made his “services” available in the northern Indiana cities of Gary, South Bend, and Fort Wayne — that is, until the law caught up with him. Klopfer had performed an abortion on a 13-year-old girl without notifying the state, which he should have done within three days, according to Indiana law. The misdemeanor case against him was dismissed, but he did lose his medical license in 2016.

He took his grisly trade across the state line into Illinois, where he provided an abortion to a ten-year-old. Klopfer told a court that the girl was raped by her uncle, but did not notify the police. Instead, he sent her home to her parents, who refused to prosecute the perverted uncle.

Klopfer used abortion and sedation practices that were already decades old at the time.

I live in Will county too.
First of all, aborted fetus is not considered “remains”, it’s treated as regular biohazardous waste. That means the aborted fetus is on same level with a swap with your body fluids, an extracted tooth, removed organ or amputated limb. A doctor could easily take the fetus as no one likes to really look into those containers with medical waste (can you imagine gross stinky stuff you’ll see there?), especially if he operated in a clinic he owned.

Another problem is, not all biohazardous waste haulers are willing to haul aborted fetuses. I’ve worked for one broker once who refused to accept them.

This case actually should remind everyone that some doctors sometimes do take medical waste home and no one knows what they are doing with it. I think every doctor that is doing this should be required to be evaluated by mental health professional.

Preserving an organ or aborted fetus is pretty simple - you place it in formaldehyde, honey or alcohol and it can sit in a jar for decades.

 

How was he making money by taking the fetal remains home and preserving them?

 

I didn't see where he was selling the remains, it said he was preserving them.

 

How should I know? Harvesting organs, stem cells, of whatever else you can get from a dead baby I guess. Why else would he have thousands of dead babies?

And there were no "dead babies" , there were preserved fetal remains.


If he had so many it doesn't look like sales were exactly brisk

 

Maybe he sold what he could and preserved the remains so it wouldn’t smell up his house.

Harvesting organs from fetuses for what? You can’t implant those into babies.
Besides, tissues in preserved fetuses are 100% dead. There is absolutely nothing you can do with them. Also, I think the article would mention if fetuses were dissected.

I think the doc just had some weird fascination with the fetuses, probably the ones he managed to remove intact (in many abortions a fetus would be chopped up inside the womb). Maybe he was proud of his work if he removed a fetus whole, who knows?

Anyway, the doc is dead and those fetuses never had a chance anyway. The government will probably just send them to the burners as there are probably no proper preservation consent forms laying around, so they can’t just give those away to museums and medical schools.

 

Yeah. And the fact that there are thousands of dead babies. A reminder of how sick this world can be.
