    If the 'fetusus' ' aren't really human beings, why is the coroner involved?

    Who said fetuses aren't human ?

    They are human if they are in a human being. THEY are not "beings" as in born persons with rights.

    That is just a legality. Like the legality that people could own slaves, or that Jews were put to death. Legal does not equal right or moral.

    Uh, when is a "time of peace" ? There are babies being killed in wars now.....


    ….and babies have nothing to do with abortion since if they are "babies" they haven't been aborted..

    It's a legality that counts :)

    Owning slaves and murdering people are illegal because they are wrong and suppress rights and create chaos in society...

    It is right that women retain the right to their own bodies.

    One's "morals" are not everyone's.
