Unguided missile. Trump will have to fire him to get this stuff to stop. It's the only way, screw what the left thinks anymore. This should free up AG Sessions to unrecuse himself?

Mueller invokes unusual ‘conspiracy to defraud government’ charge to ensnare more targets
Special counsel Robert Mueller and his prosecutors have invoked an unusual “conspiracy to defraud the government” charge to ensnare a Russian cyber network and could use the same legal strategy to go after President Trump and his associates, even if the conspiracy is not linked to a criminal act.

Correction: The Republicans on the House intelligence committee made that decision...but only in regards to collusion. Not obstruction of justice or any of the other charges that Mueller is pursuing.

No, Trump would have to fire Rosenstein.

Rod Rosenstein, deputy attorney general, says Robert Mueller is 'not an unguided missile'

The Russian collusion story was a joke from the start. Anyone who was paying attention knows that it was just an excuse the day after Hillary's 1.2 billion dollar campaign loss. They had to tell their donors something, they decided Russia hack the election was the best excuse. They literally we're doing recounts to catch the Russians at the very beginning. Jill Stein was trying to milk collectivist drones for even more money to fund a bogus recount.

From the start, huh? You mean like when Trump altered the official GOP stance as it related to Crimea? The day before DNC emails began to leak?
Or when Trump publicly called on Russian hackers to release illegally obtained documents in order to hurt his political opponent? That beginning?
Or when Trump publicly echoed Russian talking points on Crimea and NATO? Then?
Or was it when Trump hired Paul Manafort who had significant ties to Russian backed groups in the Ukraine? Did you mean that beginning?

So if trump was colluding why again would he have ask the Russions in a stump speech to realease the emails? Your whole premise is void of intellect, if trump was in bed with the Russians they certainly wouldn’t have done any of those to completely avoid anyone linking the two, You need to study up on how Russian spies operate.

No. The Republicans on the House committee lead by Trump lackey Devin Nunes decided that.

It Trump obstructed justice with Comey then why hasn't he been charged with a felony and an impeachment referral sent to the House. It doesn't take 14 months to investigate and very specific statement involving only two people. We know what Comey said occurred, where are the charges?

There's nothing "debunked" about it. He said it. It happened publicly. Do you want to see the video? Or did you think the "he did not mean to say what he said" defense qualifies as a "debunk?"

Does this finally mean he is going after the DNC, the Clinton campaign and various high level officials at the DOJ and FBI?

No it's been totally debunked, it WAS A JOKE. Yes show the video with his complete statement. I could use a laugh this morning. And of course the emails in question were the property of US. They were government property and should have been turned over to the national archive years earlier.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into whether President Donald Trump obstructed justice is said to be close to completion, but he may set it aside while he finishes other key parts of his probe, such as possible collusion and the hacking of Democrats, according to current and former U.S. officials.

That’s because Mueller may calculate that if he tries to bring charges in the obstruction case -- the part that may hit closest to Trump personally -- witnesses may become less cooperative in other parts of the probe, or the president may move to shut it down altogether.

Again, him and Comey, he asks each their story, looks at Comey's notes. Where is the obstruction of justice charge he could have done that in less than a week. And if he has evidence the President committed that felony he has an obligation to take that information ASAP to congress to begin impeachment. He can't prosecute until there is an impeachment and he is basically allowing a felony to serve as President.

Indeed he is... of course "going after the target" looking for a crime (anything, any absurd nonsense, like described in the OP will do) is a classic definition of witch hunt, fishing expedition and malicious prosecution.

Which means it's over. Whether Mueller finds a 2002 jay walking offence to charge Trump with or not, it will never stand in the Senate where 2/3 senators are needed.

    Trump/Pence 2020, Keep America great.
