Muellers statements today said nothing but was already in his report. But his pointing out of various parts of his report were taken as him telling Congress to investigate and take action? Really? Then why did we pay for his investigation?

The report was not for Congress, but rather to be given to the Attorney General for his review and action. The AG did his review and made a decision based on the report.

It made no matter if the Doj rules said the sitting President could not be indicted. That had nothing to do with Muller's investigation and report. He was suppose to report the facts and Barr was to make the decision whether there was sufficient evidence to charge the President with obstruction.

Crist didn't ask Barr if Mueller had expressed dissatisfaction as to the way he had portrayed the Mueller report.

Right.... because Mueller isn't part of the Special Counsel's team.

Yes. It's illegal. Just as illegal as obstructing a fact. Same prison sentence applies. Though the judge may be a bit more lenient. But that's up to the judge. Not to the perpetrator.

Crist didn't ask Barr if anyone in the Special Counsel team had expressed dissatisfaction as to the way he had portrayed the Mueller report. If you are under the impression that he did, then no wonder you think that Barr lied!
