I'm talking about obstruction, not about conspiracy. And you haven't answered the question.

    Act, Nexus, Intent

Mueller explained in detail ten instances of Obstruction of Justice. For four of those instances Mueller found ample proof for all the elements: the act, the nexus and the intent. For the other six, either one of those elements was missing, or a possible alternative explanation needed to be explored before prosecuting. He wrote in the report exactly how the missing pieces should be obtained by Congress.

But even those four cases alone can put Trump in jail for up to 80 years as soon as he steps down from the Presidency. So he should be seeing the light of day by his 150th birthday, with time off for good behavior.

    Barr is a joke

Nobody is asking him to release anything to the public. This is a subpoena by the House Intelligence Committe of Congress. A co-equal branch of government!

    It's not a choice. It's an obligation.

Then why did you provide an example to support your thought that was a conspiracy? What question?

It doesn't matter if there is a conspiracy or not. The part I am referring to is the obstruction part. I don't even remember what the example was. But it was something like this. Pay attention. FBI receives word that an passenger aircraft will be hijacked, X knows of this hijacking and obstructs the investigation by pointing agents in the wrong direction. Despite this the FBI foils the plan. Your reasoning implied that, since the hijacking never took place, X has committed no crime.

"Clearly Trump knew he was in the wrong..."

Trump knew that there was a plot against him.

How do you know that they "agreed in early March to make [Mueller's] comments public" as you stated earlier?

That really surprises me. I thought that you were more intelligent than that. By "principle conclusions", Barr was referring to the only thing that he needed to refer to in his capacity as Attorney General: Whether there was sufficient evidence to charge Trump with a criminal offense. This really isn't difficult man!

“Special counsel Mueller stated three times to us in that meeting in response to our questioning that he emphatically was not saying that but for the OLC opinion,
he would have found obstruction” -
    Barr during Testimony (https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/barr-reveals-new-details-meeting-mueller-about-obstruction-case)

Okay, so what exactly was it that was "contrary" to Barr's statement?

So you think that he wasn't exclusively talking about CRIMINAL collusion? Dude, do you even know what an Attorney General is?

Are the closing in walls still tightening the noose on the beginning of Trump's end?

    Yeah?

    Okay, just checking.

If nothing happens there cannot be obstruction. Mueller was not fired ergo no Obstruction on that count. Calling the witch hunt a witch hunt is not obstruction. The other ten are pretty much the same petty nonsense. X commits no crime however if, a he actually thought he was pointing you in the right direct but was just wrong, or thinks about obstructing and doesn't.

Why has Nadler and the others made NO attempt to go read the 99% of the report that has been made available to them? If this is about reading the report it makes no sense as to why they seem uninterested in viewing what is available. This is about discrediting Barr. Perhaps they do not like the direction Barr has chosen in his new investigations.

It's about Congress having the right to view information they need to make an informed decision about impeachment.

Are you saying that what Trump did was equivalent to pointing agents in the wrong direction?

They have seen most of it. They are not entitled to see the Grand Jury information. If they want to change that rule 6E, then by all means they can move forward with doing so and hope a judge sides with them on the issue. I am still confused as to why Nadler has made NO effort to go read the 99% of the report that was made available to him.

You might want to rethink what you just posted...

The last three FISA warrants have officially been deemed as being illegally obtained.

And now with the State Department information coming out about warning the FBI and DOJ prior to the first FISA warrant is looking like the entire FISA process corrupted the DC Grand Jury process.

I always said that moving the Manafort trial to Northern Virginia spoke volumes, and now it is all being exposed for what it was.

And the kicker is that the Mueller team knew about all of it prior to moving the Manafort jurisdiction.

Flynn has still not been adjudicated... Could be real interesting if Mueller has to testify.

Nadler is trying his best to get conditions set to cover up that part of the investigation... We shall see !!

    It's on Mueller's letter.

I don't know what it is, but I do know for a fact that that is not it.

    You're quoting Barr. Not Mueller.

Mueller didn't investigate any type of collusion. Barr lied.

    Yes, we know.

If they don't see the complete report, they can't impeach.

If they don't impeach, Trump will be re-elected.

There is certainly the danger that our electoral system might fail again and the criminal psychopath might end up in the White House for another 4 years.

    This failure already happened once.

There is one foolproof way to prevent his re-election.

When will you start pushing for it?

The word you use is perfect. Because it's precisely "fools" that the system needs proofing from.
