For sure they have been puffing up their assets to obtain debt and deflating them for taxes. Is that fraud, most certainly but that corporate not personal and it would be hard to assess damages. There was initial evidence in the form of sworn testimony from Cohen. That sworn evidence was sufficient to start an investigation.

 

What's with the tactic of lefties here always assuming that its ok for them to rewrite history... As if no one would ever challenge their obvious rewrite.
