Peoples sleeping on the floor with just a mylar sheet to cover them,no showers or regular meals pretty much sounds like concentration camps to me.And they have had quite a number of deaths since it began, as well as guards sexually abusing the teenage girls.

Concentration camps predate Nazi Germany. They were originally intended to refer to camps for concentrating immigrant populations in semi-imprisonment. You are thinking of the death camps.

 

The Spanish concentration camps in Cuba were created to deny support for the guerillas.

Germany used both. "Death Camps" like were used specifically for killing prisoners. Germany found it easier to bring the prisoners to one place and kill them all at once than sending "death squads" out and killing them. Prior to the "final solution", concentation camps were used to house prisoners who still could be of use. Children, the elderly, and the disabled were sent to death camps mostly early on, while able bodied prisoners were sent to concentration camps. Many of the prisoners were forced to work in factories. Oscar Schindler's (the man who Schindler's List is based on) used jewish prisoners from such camps for his factory.

 

The OP is completely correct. The camps the Allies liberated were all concentration camps. The death camps were all in Poland and were liberated by the Russians.
