You are so confused! What does "the wealthiest 1%" have to do with anything I said? And I was a baby before the civil rights movement. Assuming you're referring to the late 50s or early 60s. So I have no idea what you're talking about.

There's a guy in Wisconsin who will likely spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair who might beg to differ.

What about the other people killed and injured in the riots which followed or the ten thousand blacks who kill each other every year?

The news cycle repeats over and over these isolated incidents while ignoring the really big problems.

No. They're the ones justifying every single murder by calling it "self defense".

Hopefully deep down in your mind you still realize that you have to be really really... I-can't-say-what.. to believe that three gun wielding cops shooting an unarmed guy in the back in front of his children is "self-defense".

Even if you were to believe that the guy had a knife (which they apparently didn't)... it's absolutely insane to believe that trained cops would deal with the situation by shooting him... unless that's what cop-culture dictates.

That cop-culture is called "institutional racism", and it either changes now or... I don't even want to think where this might be headed. Our society, at all levels, is demanding that it changes: sports, all cultural groups, religious organizations, intellectuals... Almost all... with the exception, of course, of the white supremacist portion.

    Have you noticed a pattern?

    Resist arrest.

    Confrontation.

    Escalation

    Shooting.

In this particular case, he was headed towards a car with children inside to get a knife. The policeman does not know what he intends to do with that knife, but he knows there are children inside that car whose lives might be in danger. In a few milliseconds, the policeman makes a decision which might or might not have saved those children's lives. No matter what his decision, there is a pretty good chance it will not be a good outcome.

You can destroy historical statues and fabricate a false narrative, but you can't erase history. Antifa Democrats left the White Supremacist Stephen Douglas memorial standing in Chicago. They took down the Frederick Douglass statue and the emancipation monument. The same Democrats have protected the statue of Robert Byrd in the Capitol Bldg and the Senate Office Bldg is still named after racist Richard Russell. The patron saint of progressivism, Woodrow Wilson, segregated the Civil Service and recreated the KKK. Nazi Concentration Camps were modeled after Democrat Plantations. The Nazi's sent researchers to the US to find out how Democrats cleaned up the gene pool. Sterilization, Abortion, Lynching. The northern inner city plantations were created under FDR, but LBJ's innovation was the National Plantation held together by telling the people who used to work but not vote that they could vote and not work if they had illegitimate kids doomed to failure from birth and voted Democratic.

Yes I believe all of it including Woody caging a black civil servant whose job couldn't be segregated.

Do you believe that this 2014 picture Democrats show off is proof that Trump caged children at the border?

    Yes
But in this case, they know what they did do
So the only thing that could be done is shoot to kill........and you think you know what you're talking about. That's tragically funny.
So everyone that enjoys watching athletic competition is an idiot? My, my, my the air must be very thin up there where you hold yourself. Oh, and by the way, you failed to address the point. Shows just how weak your position is.
And so the circle is complete. We are back to you not knowing what you're talking about. Black ethnostate? An unfounded opinion on your part. Only black lives matter? The only one saying that is you. Doubt that change will happen? Doubt or praying? You obviously can't see the forest for the trees and are lost in the woods.

I not a fan of the NBA, they could cancel the whole dang season and I couldn't care less. I follow college basketball and am a big baseball fan. The Milwaukee Brewers canceled their game last night also.

This is one big irritation to me. Driving me away from the cause that it is suppose to help. I believe in the old adage there is a time and a place for everything. If you're protesting something not involving sports, keep that protest off the basketball court, the baseball or football field etc, That not the place. If you're protesting police brutality, that protest belongs in front of a police station, perhaps a march through town or a protest rally, demonstration. Those are related to what the protest is all about. The right time and place.

If you're going to protest in a sports venue, then I take you're protesting something about that sport. Now someone please tell me what it is about the NBA the Bucks are protesting, it certainly isn't about the police because there in the wrong place at the wrong time. Keep it up and I guarantee this will backfire and hurt your cause much more than help.

People watch sports to get away from the realities of real life, away from politics, here it is you're bringing politics into sports when that politics doesn't have an iota of a thing dealing with sports. Take it out where it belongs. Take it to the right time and place.

On second thought, just cancel the whole NBA season, it don't mean nothing anyway. If you're bring you politics into sports, just do away with sports and go into the political arena where this belongs. The right time and place.

As Biden proudly boasted, he can find common ground with all sorts of racists and white supremacists:

There's the proof. Plugs and Exalted Cleagle Robert "Sheets" Byrd.

Not interested in watching gore porn. But you don't have to know anything about knives to understand that they are best within arm's length... or about guns to know that they are advantageous from farther than arm's length.

Without watching the video, if they don't run away from the guy, instead of following him close behind like the ones in the Jacob Blake murder, they are complete morons.

    I see.

So you choose to not educate yourself with facts in order to maintain knowing what you don't really know.

    I'm familiar with the behavior.

I see... so the reason why cops disproportionately kill more blacks is that parents tell their children that cops disproportionately kill more blacks.

Why would I think it's a "black only thing"? It's a cop vs black "thing". But, more than that, it's an institutional racism thing.

It looks like you have declared war on reality....

It's what all parents should do. Most don't. Except if they're black. But they still get shot more often anyway.

Yes. And it's never the unarmed black guy who does the shooting. Who knows... maybe it's just a coincidence.

Are you maintaining that republicans have never, ever engaged in this type of behavior in the past?

Do you know the history of Robert Byrd or are you just posting anything you find out of ignorance?

Sure, skip all the important details. He resisted arrest. He claimed he had a knife and was on his way to get it with defenseless children in the car. And a policeman who did not know what he would do with that knife after he had already exhibited violent characteristics.. I guess he could have waited and seen with possibly even more tragic results.

Stop that nonsense! Resisting arrest is no reason to kill anybody. Of course I skipped it! I already told you I always skip all the nonsense unless I can think of something funny to say....

Perhaps in your little dream world. In the real world resisting will absolutely, and rightly so, get you killed.

Sports were once an escape from the general lunacy of everyday life but no more, oh HELL no! Fine by me, what with "smart" TVs and streaming services offering access to virtually anything ever recorded, who needs to watch a bunch of overpaid divas play games that in the great scheme of the universe mean absolutely nothing?

You pretend that resisting arrest was all that happened. There was a series of events which took place after that and that is when he got shot. At least be honest about it.

If basketball totally disappeared from the face of the earth that would be fine with me.
The only game mostly decided in the last 5 minutes of play.
Also what else on earth could these guys do to make a living?
