$10,000 paid to every American that can capture an illegal.

If you could bag 10 in a year, that’s $100,000. Sweet!

Statistic from 2017 are not pertinent to what is going on in the here and now and have no bearing on this joint pilot study conducted by ICE and the DOJ.
From the link you obviously did not read.

"In testimony before Congress this month, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said that the agency had recently conducted a pilot program with the Department of Justice (DOJ) to test how many recent illegal aliens would show up to their asylum hearings after being released into the U.S.

The results, an ICE official told Congress, were that about 87 percent of illegal aliens, or almost 9-in-10, recently released by DHS into the U.S. did not show up to their asylum hearings."

But then he is failing in his constitutional duty to enforce the law, and a federal judge does not have the constitutional power to legislate time limits. The courts are the reason they are held so long in the first place. If the courts are unable to meet their own deadlines then maybe the courts should the ones held in Contempt or the Legislative branch needs to open more seats in order to meet the constitutional requirements of due process and enforcing the law.

Trump cannot break one law to uphold another so he cannot let them go and he also has to work with the court system to get them due process.

Every one of these deceitful, lying "migrant" sons-of-bitches who fail to appear need to be hunted down, rounded up, taken to the nearest border crossing, and marched out of the United States at gunpoint after being 'out-processed' so that they can never set one dirty foot in this country again! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

And, in spite of myself, I'm getting close to thinking that we need to do the same thing to card-carrying members of the ACLU for moving heaven and earth to support illegal aliens every way they can think of. Run them out of the country, too, or, if that's not possible because they're "citizens" on paper, then throw their asses in detention camps for aiding and abetting the breaking of immigration laws! They're fully engaged in activities that are destroying this country!

And exactly WHAT, Andy, would you and your Leftist, liberal faction do that would materially IMPROVE the situation over what President Trump is trying to do? Anything, but simply looking away, standing back, and letting this broken sewer pipe of fraudulent and illegal 'immigration' continue to gush its contents into our country illegally?!

    Go find a decent source.

Recent data shows that asylum seekers continue to appear for immigration court proceedings at high rates. In fiscal year 2018, Department of Justice (DOJ) figures show that 89 percent of all asylum applicants attended their final court hearing to receive a decision on their application. When families and unaccompanied children have access to legal representation, the rate of compliance with immigration court obligations is nearly 98 percent.

Despite statistics showing that asylum seekers appear in immigration court at high rates, President Trump Administration has repeatedly falsely claimed that only 3 percent of asylum seekers and 2 percent of immigrants attend immigration court. Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen stated that asylum seekers “more than not” fail to appear in immigration court.

The Trump Administration erroneously claims asylum seekers skip court hearings in an attempt to further their deceptive narrative of the asylum system as a “loophole” exploited by individuals with meritless claims to enter the United States and “disappear into the economy.” Indeed, the administration’s so-called Migration Protection Protocols plan, also known as ‘Remain in Mexico,’ is premised upon the idea that asylum seekers do not show up to court. These false claims ignore the political repression and violence that forces people to flee their countries amidst the world’s worst refugee crisis.

    https://www.humanrightsfirst.org/re...s-regularly-attend-immigration-court-hearings

Since October 2017, when the Justice Department approved a plan aimed at reducing the backlog in immigration court, the pending caseload has grown by more than 26%, from 655,932 cases to just shy of 830,000, according to Syracuse University’s Transactional Access Records Clearinghouse, which tracks data from immigration courts.

If that's true they should go pick them up. That's good for instant deportation.
Or did they forget to tag them?
    Post it.

They did a last in first out study. How did they expect to find them?

Oh get serious. It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to just do some math to prove your little story wrong.
Even if the judges didn't finish any cases the backlog could not have grown by 200,000 cases if 9 out of 10 didn't show up.

I don't dispute earlier numbers and percent of immigrants that show up for hearings. This recent surge of illegals coming here claiming amnesty are a different breed and come here specifically to abuse our amnesty loophole.

Maybe this kind of stuff has something to do with it.
The American Immigration Lawyers Association said it received reports this week of more than 1,000 incorrect dates being issued to immigrants in Arlington, Atlanta, Dallas, Miami, Omaha, San Diego and San Francisco. Hearings were also scheduled in Buffalo and Chicago, but those courts were shuttered because of bad weather.

The episode renewed calls for the courts, which are run by the Executive Office for Immigration Review, to be separated from the Justice Department.

Trump's flip flopped so many times now his own people can't keep it straight.

They have no respect for the US immigration laws but Democrats said they are law abiding people, at least that's what I am told.
