I understand most of the Golan belonged to Syria. It was a strategically important
asset to Syria as it overlooked Galilee. Israel negotiated peace with Egypt by
surrendering the land it conquered. Not so with Syria.
In effect what Syria said after 1967 and 1973 wars was that Syria will not seek
peace with Israel and Israel must give back the Golan. So the Golan will be a
military outpost of Syria - and maybe Iran, Hezbollah, ISIS or other Jihadis.

Israel is damned for keeping the Golan, and damned for giving it back to Syria.
At the very least America shouldn't recognize Israel's claim to this area.

My point was that a community living on a certain territory is not necessarily a nation. Just like Turkish communities in Germany are not a different Turkish nation. Or are they?

People living for more than a millennium together on a relatively small territory would certainly speak the same language, one would expect. But Arabs in Palestine speak different dialects. There are huge differences not only from town to town, but also from street to street in the same town. Even personal pronouns are different. How does your theory explain these differences?

Furthermore, such an ancient community leaves traces in history: coins, pottery, buildings, art, myths, legends, literature, documents (marriage contracts, codes of law, trade treaties), mentions by other nations with which it came into contact in one form or another. Where are the traces left by your ancient non-Jewish Palestinians?

Nonsense. Hamas was keeping rockets in an empty school. The UN found them and reported them prior to Israel starting the war by attacking Gaza repeatedly and killing several Hamas and civilians. Hamas's response 'to protect it's people. Who would not attack when they have been repeatedly attacked by top military weapons to defend their people' was the excuse Israel used to do massive killing of civilians and children claiming she needed to attack to protect her people. That is what Israel always does when she wants a war. She provokes Hamas until they retaliate. Then she claims she is murdering to protect her people. The Western Leaders obviously know this but they sing Israel's tune. One of the most disgusting things I saw while Israel was committing her massacres was a US newscaster laughing as she said Israel was needing more bombs as she had used up all she had.

As regards the hospitals Israel attacked. One I can remember. It was full of refugees who had fled their homes as Israel was terrorising the people telling them if they did not leave their homes she was going to bomb and murder them. If the left she would only destroy their homes. What she was doing was a war crime. They left and took refuge in the Hospital. It had been searched more than once and there was absolutely no sign of any Hamas. Three times they contacted Israel and told them so., Israel bombed them.

Why can't the Isaelis get those wonderful "bunker busting bombs" from America to use
on Iran?
Why are there on Israeli casualties in combat missions or wars, and no British or American
troops?
Why did England hand over its weapons, forts and bases to the Arabs when it withdrew from

Why did America sit on its hands during the 1949 and 1967 wars and refused to sell arms to
