Well yeah stripes.....a congested air space can lead to "unfortunate" incidents such as this.....russkis shouldve known better.

Just more targets for the Israelis to shoot at now. If Isreal/Mossad really wanted too.....Assad's head would be floating in Bibi's goldfish tank within 48-72 hrs and there isnt much the Muscovites would do.....Deir Eizzor Syria proved that where several hundred muscovite service members were turned into chopped liver.:))

Well, I assure you I did.

I even once spent time chatting with Jung's grandson, Dieter Baumann (he is a Jungian analyst too), over coffee in a lakeside cafe in Zurich when I was doing the rounds meeting old school analyst's (during a week long Jungian symposium) who had worked with and been taught by Jung.

My tutor and analyst was a fine old English lady and a leading British Jungian, now sadly dead and much missed. It is a requirement for those training in Jungian analysis to undergo the Shadow confrontation - it takes several years and is a very unpleasant experience.

So yes, I recognise a shadow projection when I see one.

Yours is a doozy. It's sad imo.

    But it's also your choice...

Well, I doubt Syrian airspace is ever going to be "congested" again eh. Israel has kept clear since the S-300 plus system went into operation and now Trump is pulling out too.

Yeah ... the Israeli supermen can do everything as always! Beeeeep! Unfortunately it is false! I no longer trust the IDF in the Syrian airspace with jets and ask youself why please!

Who else Zoom, dear boy, would be daft enough to own and read Jung's Collected Works - along with a sh*t-load of other books on Jungian analysis? [IMG]

Don't think so Zoom. Syria had the old, very old, S-200 system until the IL-20 shoot-down. The upgrade was very big news at the time. I'm surprised you missed it.

On the other hand, maybe you were fully occupied with your Russian Shadow projection? Hate is a hard thing to put down once it's triggered and takes root - even if the triggering event/s had reasonable cause - which I suspect is the case?

My apologies. They are blurry but then I'm no photographer. But, as you can see from the below additions, this is my personal bookshelf (well one of them anyway).

But I have to tell you haw much I admire your tenacity for disavowal and throwing spanners in the works. It's top class.

I wonder where you learned that skill? Virginia I should think...

Now let's see... if you can find a library anywhere in the Western world that doesn't include shelving, author and book titling reference labels on the spine - as well as books stacked lengthways on top of books stacked upright I'll buy you an ice cold beer or two at Tyson's Corner the next time you're there...
