    Me personally I laugh at these threads saying one is smarter than the other, they are all complete horse(*)(*)(*)(*). Both sides have smart people and complete morons, but the difference is how each side uses their brains.

    Now that is a different conversation and thread all together.

    Generally when people reference the "Katrina disaster," they are talking about the way that the Bush Administration gutted FEMA so badly and put it under a Bush crony with no disaster-relief experience.

    First, al qaeda hates all Americans, not just Republicans and not just Democrats. 9/11 happened during the George W Bush presidency. The Iranian hostage crisis happened during the presidency of Jimmy Carter ( a Democrat, in case you forgot).

    There have been no wars of genocide engaged in by America. NEVER!

    Don't blame George W Bush for Katrina. It was the incompetent FEMA's fault. FEMA, like many other government entities, is not tied to any political party

    Did you know that Herbert Hoover used the same policies as FDR did. Hoover could be called "Democrat lite". FDR did more of it. The New Deal did NOT bring us out of the Great Depression. Things in 1939 were as bad or worse than in 1933. WWII brought us out of the depression. Did you know of the depression of 1920? Early signs were just as bad as The Great DEpression. President Warren Harding did not "go off the deap end ( like FDR) and this depression ended quickly on it's own. So don't call it a Republican Grerat Depression. It was Democrat Great Depression all the way.
