What you are saying is that being given a huge bowel movement is not assault, I asked you for clarification of what the man should be charged with, show a little bit of consistency!

 

When a father or mother has a baby, is there really that much of difference other than how having that baby affects the mother's body ?

2. causing heavy bleeding (although this charge should be mitigated because this isn't too different from an ordinary period the woman would experience in a normal period, and the woman would have experienced similar circumstances from a birth, so in a way this was just making the inevitable happen a few months early.
3. feticide (homicide of a fetus)

Look, women have periods all the time. This one was just a little heavier with some cramping. That thing was going to come out of her sooner or later, so it's not like he really put her through something (physically) that she wasn't eventually going to go through anyway.
