Yes, but it took a long battle to get contraceptives available and the opponents were the same people who oppose legalized abortion.

 

With the exception of Jesus, immaculate conception only produces female off spring. That's because the immaculate mother has no Y chromezone so she can't produce a male on her own. And it's a rare exception.

 

Is the title of this thread for real? Free sterilization? I would hope not and I would never support that. Why would a college student want sterilization to begin with. Never without a psychiatric examination at the least.
