The price is set on the international market, but the orders are filled locally.

America doesnt buy oil from Saudi Arabia, or Iraq, or Iran. America gets our oil from America, Canada, or Mexico.

So let me see if I understand, you're saying that because Obama supported higher gas pricess(which he didn't)in 2008 that caused gas prices to increase globally several years before your videos and also caused the housing bubble and banking crisis which caused the recession in 2006?

No those are your claims. Democrats took control over the house and senate in 2006, and gas prices went through the roof.... Nancy pelosi and her democrat pals forced prices higher, blowing up the average Americans budget. The American people couldn't afford to pay their bills. They couldn't pay their mortgage. They couldn't afford to pay their credit card bills. High gas prices force the price of all goods higher, even eggs at the grocery store.... Etc...

When you can't pay your mortgage they forclose on your house.

Obama and pals all told us their idiotic plan to decrease our dependency on oil by bankrupting the American people. They were gonna save us from global warming, by bankrupting the American people. Obama from day one planned on raising our electritiy rates, for global warming.

Obama went all over the world encouraging his idiotic cap and trade plan to raise gas prices even higher. He encouraged printing money and devaluation of our currency, making gas more expensive.

I can't think of a single thing democrats have done to actually help the American people.

Sure banks suck. Sure banks made bad deals. Sure banks privatize the profits and socialize the losses. All that is true, but they can't take your house if you pay your bills.

Who made sure Americans couldnt pay their bills?

The U.S.A. can produce oil, comfortably, for between $60 and $70 a barrel. Not as cheap as $40 but a damn sight cheaper than $110 it was over the summer.

There are some learned opinions out there that OPEC really can't stop the domestic boom here in the U.S.A.

World oil prices are falling precisely because oil is a fungible commodity. Um Duh. Isn't that the point of the OP?

That and Obama is an idiot who was wrong about drilling our way to lower gas prices.

 

We'll see, but I'm concerned that US oil is going to loose. We just can't continue output at current levels. That means there's going to be winners and loosers, and among the loosers are going to be the little guys.

Meanwhile the investors are looking at the oil price and they are going to pass on investing their money in US oil. That means no money to continue these operations. The whole system will collapse and drilling oil in the US will have a stain on it to discourage further investment and exploration.
