I do not believe we have yet addressed the open act of treason at Ft. Hood. Stop all politics, play McCain's way public funds and the best candidate gets the job; paper ballots hold the chads. As someone who is involved in decision making regarding investment in these types of markets I can tell you that political instability is the number one obstacle to foreign investment into these countries. Successful stable liberal democracies, with emerging growing middle classes and civic society will be fertile ground for entry into North African markets. This has set that back significantly.

The point is though that islamic extremists don't care. In fact this suits their agenda. Their biggest ally (as with all extremists, Left and Right) is poverty and its cheif lieutenant is ignorance.

 

This is the same totalitarian mindset that caused the attacks - an inability to see the actions of a small group of citizens as different from the actions of a country. It's the usual yee ha foreign policy of the baby Right. What is interesting is that Romney is such a flip flopping moron, and he has hitched his wagon so much to these guys, that he's letting this guide his approach. He's going down.

Egypt's Hosni El Sayed Mubarak was a friend and a peaceful neighbor to Israel. What does our jackass president do? Helps topple Mubare, installs our enemies, and now our embassy is attacked, plus they are threatening the peace with Israel.

And the one place where NoBama should have helped topple the government, in Iran during their uprising, what does he do? Absolutely nothing. Is there anything more revealing about this slimey traitor Obama? And is there anything more revealing about the corrupt media that does not tell this story?

Oh, yes yes, Obama got Bin Laden. Big freekin' deal. So the generals come to him and say, "Sir, we know where Bin Laden in. Should we get him?" That Congress voted for war is irrelevant. America is bound by the UN Charter to seek approval from the UNSC before waging a war of aggression. The UN Charter overrides domestic considerations. The war was therefore illegal.
