Every such publication I have every had by bio or qualification published I have had to sign off on the copy and I have no reason to believe that did not occur here. I also receive a copy on publishing, I have not reason to believe that did not occur here. Especially since this was his first national exposure one would think this would be a milestone event for him, something of high note. And he was obviously to it all?
