    if she ever gets paroled, she'll probably have to stay in DE. that's more punishment right there.

    did you noticed that both the stories concealed something? ABC, where she worked, and Gannett, that the victim was a friend of her son. worlds apart. :no:

    Here are a few more just in the last 10 days.

    I can only wonder if President Obama cares to address this epidemic.

    Indeed. Yet another hysterical and dishonest thread by a right-winger.
    What a bore.

    So we need to pull the kids out of these public schools and send them to privatre schools where they will be taught strict discipline by a bunch of Jesuit priests.

    Think about it.

    Heard any good sex scandals latey?

    What do you expect when we have an educational system where God does not exist and morality is based on "I'm OK, your OK" mentality along with a disigned leaning toward prefering perversity based on evolutionary science. And they are surprised that people behave inapropriately?

    I agree.

    It's difficult for me to imagine how this goofy winch's actions, will so negatively impact her son's life.

    The embarrassment and emotional impact of it, will be tremendous. :(

    ~~~~~~~
    She should be put out of her misery.
    To add... I just love that she is on "suspension" from the school (little doubt it's paid), even after admitting to police her quilt.
    Screw teachers unions and tenure! It's causing harm to school children in more ways that one.
    Do they or do they not do background checks on teachers and school staff? If so, then what allows so very many of the molesting school staff getting through them? Do you think the molestation has any effect on children in their formative years?
    From all I've read it has a profound psychological effect when children are molested by trusted adults. They tend to become anti-social from fear their secret will get out and somehow be blamed for it. As they grow, mistrustful of authority, many tend become angry loners like.........Lanza, Holmes, Klebold and Harris. Am I saying they were molested, NO. Considering the best study to date indicates 1 in 10 children in school right now have been molested in some way at school by a teacher or staff member, it is unconscionable for the Government NOT to launch a major investigation into WHY kids bring guns to school in the first place and if there is any connection to teachers and staff molestations of children. Above I posted four different news stories and the OP posted one of teachers being arrested for molestation just since Feb 1st and today is the 10th, there are more. Don't our children deserve better? Never forget they are going to be the ones to decide if they stick us in a crappy nursing home when we get very old.
    He's the one gallivanting around the country promoting gun control to "protect the kids". How can he profess to want to "protect kids" when this is allowed to carry on day after day?
    Wonder if these stories are more frequent these days, or is it because they just make national news because of cable news, internet etc. ?
    Maybe Van Halen should get back together and make a new video. Call it "I'm Hot For Student !"
    It seems like all this really crawled out of the woodwork after Mary Kay Latourneau, 35 yrs old or so,w/a husband and 4-5 kids, fell in love w/her 12 yr old male student.... ended up having his 2 babies. Are they still married?
    What is so dishonest about posting these cases of child/teen molestation by their teachers?
    Is it really the liberal mantra 'forget about math & science. Send your kids to school to be molested by their teacher.... no big deal!"?
    Forgive me if I put you on the spot, but if a male teacher was doing his underaged students, would you describe him as 'goofy'?
    Again, I don't want to troll you, I just want to see where this dialogue could go.
    Hi Lee,
    No problem. Yes I would, "goofy" being defined as clearly not playing with a complete deck.
    Any 35 year old adult sexualy attracted to, and acting on said attraction of a 14 year old kid, regardless of gender of the parties, is a danger to society.
    Perhaps harsh, but I would equally prescribe the above to a male teacher quilty of the same.
    I have zero regard for anyone engaged in such activity. And a perfectly clear conscience, in my stance to permanently rid society of them.
    Okay, I can agree with you on this. I thought the term 'goofy' was, in a way, letting her off the hook. I am not sure anyone would call a male who used his position of power to have sex with 14 year old girls goofy. Too often we excuse women as being crazy while men we just assign the term 'despicable'.
    Thanks for the clarification.
    Some boys. What kind of boy would do such a thing? If the boy had a dad he could have told his dad and he would still have a hot older girl friend.
    Well, I must admit, I am sometime quilty of using the word "goofy," with double meaning. When teasing with a friend, it's meant endearingly. lol
    But in this case, not at all. ...I really should find another word. :p
    Regards
    10% of school kids getting sexually abused by the staff at their school is a big deal.
