But if the pipe dream comes to pass, imagine how many shiny rims and big speakers there will be!!! Most will be broke in 6 months. So if they get reparations, what do poor white folks get? We see no fruits of their dead ancestors, why do they have their hands out?

If 'direct payment' happens, it will be as a step toward UBI and wealth redistribution. The problem noted by OP as to who benefits will result in just about everyone being granted the 'benefits', given that almost everyone has someone in their geniological line that can be demonstrated to have been wronged in some shape or form by 'America', and in the name of inclusivity, they (we) would all be 'rapayed. This is known by whatever PTB that would enact reparations. It should also be noted that it will not be the financial and political elite establishment that will be having their wealth redistributed. That never happens and isn't going to start anytime soon as those elites run all the systems that could concievably be used to impliment 'reparations'. We will simply be redistributing the scraps from those who have a few more scraps to those who have a few less, and we the common folk will all be in a worse position to try to compete with the elite ruling class. Which is, of course, precisely the reason it would happen. A meaningful system of reparations, like for example, to the ancestors of black slaves and/or to the ancestors of black soldiers that were denied veteren benefits or something similar to that would be to offer them homesteading on some of the vast tracks of land held by the various agencies of FedGov. At least that method would: a) not simply be a means to further collectivize our nation, and b) put some real resource and potential wealth (as opposed to made-up $) into the hands of The People.
You can actually look to Brazil to see how this thing has unfolded. There's a lot of what one would call "fraud", and persons with a tiny percentage of African ancestry are taking up most of the affirmative action slots reserved for blacks, which blacks there are not happy about, but there are no easy answers and no one wants to risk rocking the boat now, so the current affirmative action racial quota system is being left the way it is. history of race in Brazil

Its not just dna, its papers and documents from plantations, sales etc. The devil was a meticulous record keeper. It will involve corroboration of devils documents and the ancestry of the descendant (african american)

Only African Americans can make decisions on how their Reparations are divided. Russian and East Europeans common people divided their Reparations in 1918-20 and late 1940s respectively. I am proud of my ancestors -- we are Jews from Russia.
Reparations for Slavery are only for descendants of American Slaves. Inheritance from anyone are usually to their descendants and hairs only. UBI is a totally different story, but it is a good idea. I am proud of Leon Trotsky and of my great-grandparents. They fought for Positive Rights of all humans. Totalitarianism in USSR came later -- after Leon Trotsky was exiled.
