On what basis do YOU claim your god is good? Please dont give scripture - we'd like to know how you personally determined god was good. What brought you to the conclusion? The bible isnt an answer. To use my old analogy - that would be like saying "I know this used car is sound because I bought it", instead of "I established that this used car is sound so I bought it".

 

How silly. Just because you don't want to accept an answer doesn't mean it isn't valid. Your used car analogy is quite lame as well but if you need to reconcile then just think of the Bible as a consumers guide to what is good.

Since you like to ask questions maybe you could answer one: What is the proof and evidence that atheism is correct as a worldview?

 

In order to claim any god "good", you have to prove such god exists...and that is something you cannot do.

Lack of evidence and proof is a valid reason for atheism AND atheism is not a worldview as it is simply a position on ONE issue.

How is your question correct? Atheism isn't a claim...it's a position based on the lack of evidence. It's not a worldview becuase it's a position on just one issue, it doesn't address anything else.
