Why would you resort to guessing anything when a perfectly legitimate reason for being closed down stands squarely in front of your face??

Because that is why most food service businesses close. Not because some idiots posted something on social media.

You're being obtuse. You imagine a reason for closing without any basis in fact, and you ignore the very real reason for closing right in front of your nose.

No you are being presumptuous. You are assuming that some article and a small group of people on the internet have the power to close a successful business.

That's actually a decent circulation number for a large city. Certainly not fringe, and this one is specifically aimed at "younger, urban" populations in Portland. That explains why the anti-white article was tolerated.

Once again your logic is totally fallible and your contribution amounts to nothing more than wasted trons.

You haven't even stated your position, after 5 people asked you to.

As noted, comments from those believing Hitler was the savior of Europe are really not required.

As noted, you've dodged 5 separate people all requesting that you clarify your argument. You'd think a progressive would have more confidence in his arguments. Of course, new studies show....

    Yeah?

Well then explain how her speaking a non-African language isn't cultural appropriation.

Explain how the technology she uses isn't.

Then explain how marrying someone from another race isn't the same thing.

On the other hand, cooking a dish from another country is evil.

Go ahead and chart a course through that o' wise one.

The idea of cultural appropriation is that there are minority groups and a majority group, and if a person from the majority group "appropriates" an aspect of a minority culture, then the majority will prefer to do business with their own kind. In other words, these two white ladies are part of the majority (whites) so if a Mexican tries opening up a mexican restaurant next door, whites will refuse to go to that restaurant in favor of the whites selling mexican food.

In other words, blacks speaking English are appropriating the language, but it's not bad because blacks are the minority. hispanic people who sell hot dogs are appropriating german food, but since they're a minority, then it's okay.

It's all divisive racial nonsense, of course, but that's how they square that particular circle.

First they came for our burrito carts........

The Marxist mob gets more insane by the day, and as long as they're left unchecked, they become more emboldened.

Wish this "cultural appropriation" had been a thing back in the day, black and brown slavers could have shamed the Europeans out of "appropriating" the institution of slavery with it. Would have been a great thing if slavery had stayed among the black and brown people of the world instead of spreading to white people. We can certainly all agree on that, right?

I didn't speak to "cultural appropriation." That's your faux rage, deal with it.

When you are discussing the reasons someone has taken a particular action it would seem wise to ask them. Unless you are afraid that the answer won't feed your faux rage.

If they are asked, are we free to decide for ourselves if their answer matters?

Then you might ask yourself why you're bothering to post in a thread about "cultural appropriation".

And yet you want to judge my contribution

Yeah that sounds sufficiently insane to explain how they see it.
