1:20 cop told a group of blacks girls including the one that was taken down to leave they ignored the cop and continued to stand there
1:36 the girl that was taken down walks across the street
2:24 cop explaining to the boys why they had them sitting on the ground is because they took off when they showed up (so the cops weren't randomly picking out the black kids and made them go to the ground they was there because they ran)
2:36 the girl that was taken down is back from across the street back talking to the other girls that where told to leave at 1:20 was told to stop running their mouth and to leave
2:40 once again telling that group of girls to leave told to leave now they are talking back. cop says I don't care you are leaving now
from 2:40 to 3:00 being told to leave a half a dozen times the group of girls continue to talk back and walk away the girl that was taken down walks in a different direction
3:02 the girl that was taken down stops stands there and says something which cant be made out other then a word that cant be written on the forum it makes the cop point and walks towards her and says you know what and the rest cant be made out he walks towards her and grabs her arm she resists and fights back
3:18 he takes her to the ground for resisting she continues to fight back the other girls that walked in the other direction runs back and looks like they was going to jump the cop another man steps between them
3:20 a group of black teens runs up behind the cop like they where going to get involved
3:23 cop pulls his gun because now the situation has become threatening towards the cop had three girl trying to get involved in front of him and two boys that ran up behind him
3:24 the boys run off
2:25 two other cops show up
3:26 the girl is now sitting on the ground pointing at and cussing at the cop the cop orders her to get face down she continues to resist
3:28 he is forced once again to get her to lay face down
3:29 the girls that where asked to leave are still there cussing at the cop
4:00 he gets her faced down on the ground and puts his knee on her back as they are trained to do to keep her there

those girls including the one that was taken down were asked to leave over two dozen times. did they leave after the first dozen times? hell no. did they ignore that lawful order and just stood there, talk back, argue, and cuss at the cop? hell yes
did the girl that was taken down stop leaving and turned around to cuss out the cop and then stood there after being told to leave over two dozen times? hell yes

the cop was in the right and had plenty of cause to take down that girl for disobeying a lawful order and cussing out a police officer and yes it is against the law in Texas to do so

you cop hating liberals only see a black girl getting taken down by a white cop and that white cop pulling his gun, and ignore everything that led up to him being forced and being in the right and within the law to take her down and detain her for disobeying a lawful order over two dozen times and cussing out the cop which all that is against the law
if those girls would have left and kept their disrespectfully mouth shut none of this would have happened

Some want both sides. But some won't, just like some will only side with the cops.
We have a video showing an action, and now we have a tweet describing the scene. Just like people making judgements here, they each have their own version.
I'm not ready to claim the cops didn't over step their authority. And I'm sure there were reasons for what they did, one in particular, the others involved seemed to handle the situation quite well.

those kids that was sitting on the ground some cuffed some not where ordered to do not because they was talking back not because they where black but because either they was pointed out as one of the trouble makers or because they ran when the cops showed up
