Pence's office blocks public health officials from appearing on CNN

Small minds make poor decisions. They can't control what we think, but they can control who talks to us? These jerks are supposed to be working for us... That will be the day;

This is because CNN is trying to control the narrative.

The VP said he would allow them if CNN would show the press conferences in totality.

This is an acceptable compromise.

 

It's nearly pointless when questions are merely loaded questions to drive a narrative. It's surely no longer journalism.

 

Maybe instead of trying to control the narrative like they are they should instead just report on what is said. Then this kind of thing wouldn't happen. People are getting tired of CNN constantly spinning things. That's why their ratings are so low. But they're so obsessed with the Orange Man Bad narrative that they can't seem to connect the dots of this simple fact.

Come now. It was RARELY Obama appeared on Fox News. Matter of fact, near the end of his tenure, he refused to ever be interviewed by any Fox personnel.

Nah, they just found it acceptable then.

 

Democrats would not allow them to conduct one of the debates even though Fox debates are routinely cited as some of the best and most informative.

 

They are a privately owned business. It's their choice. Trump's Presidency is not a privately owned business (though he may disagree) he should not be able to pick and choose - and in fact, the Supreme Court ruled against Trump when he tried to limit who could access his social media accounts.

 

God Bless Pence. Give CNN no information that they will rewrite and push out to the public as fact.

A competent or even half way intelligent and prepared president would take even the most twisted question and turn it to his advantage.
Trump is a blowhard coward who can’t do that so instead he attacks the questioner and if he answers, it is completely off topic and usually fabricated. It bears no resemblance to the truth.

 

Is that why Obama quite selecting Fox Reporters during his briefings? At lease Trump has the balls to take Acosta head on, knowing it's going to be a stupid a$$ loaded question each and every time.

Well that makes no sense the rest of the country doesn't need to hear about New York and I take my medical advice and news on the virus from the Task Force who have the best information. It's political until they cut Cuomo too.

 

Previously, Pence's office, which is responsible for booking the officials on networks during the pandemic, said it would only allow experts such as Fauci or Dr. Deborah Birx to appear on CNN if the network televised the portion of the White House briefings that includes the vice president and other coronavirus task force members.
