People Are Getting Tired of One-Way Tolerance

I don’t know of anyone complaining about minorities or even gay people on Tv. Many of us opposed to Obama openly supported and voted for Herman Cain and Ben Carson. There is a disparity in criminal justice because there is a disparity in rates of actual crimes committed. American history does not ignore the contributions of African Americans like Attucks, Tubman, Douglas, Washington, Parks, King, Jr. and many others. As to recent changes the secular progressive urban elites are trying to push upon us, we will resist them everywhere with every fiber of our being come what may no matter the cost to anyone involved. We do not need our 5-8 year olds talked to about sex nor do we need them told that they are oppressed or an oppressor based on the color of their skin. Don’t like it? Too bad. Our side will not yield on those matters.

 

The Op said it, they are tired of being tolerant.
It must go against their belief to be tolerant.

 

No one is teaching 4 yr olds about transgenderism.
And 99% of us don't even know a transgender person.

I'm aware of several through work. Doesn't matter to me. I address as presented.

As to 'knowing' one, how do you know? Do you regularly walk up to people and ask? Or, like some Vegans, do they announce it to the world at large, expecting something because of it?

The Transgenders I am aware of, to the best of my knowledge, don't go around advertising it. Same with Homosexuals and Lesbians that I know. They don't act any differently, don't expect and special treatment, and enjoy life with the adult they happen to want to spend time with.

There are people who have a need to explain, or have asked why it hasn't been explained, to young children about people who are Homosexual, Lesbian or Transsexual. Because 99% time, it doesn't matter to the child. Unless the child asks a pointed question, a basic, simple explanation is usually more than enough.

 

Yep that's cons attitude.

 

I’ve also noticed that about them.

 

I have been giving the title some thought, and while in some ways, certainly when it comes to crimes, dirt bag prosecutors and FBI agents, crooked Blue politicians and Blue Donor rapists there is a clear double standard, however, in other ways this element of the Left's intolerance also extends to other Leftists. This is has always been a feature of the "progressive" movement since it emerged from the Left Wing Christian Church at the end of the 19th century, bringing the most toxic elements of a mutated christianity into politics.

And that's the missing element, redemption, a halt in the face of contrition.
