Just your hypothetical situation... you think it's like normal a Mexican immigrant just goes chocking people? Is that any more normal that a cop goes chock a person. I seriously,.. seriously doubt that such a thing is a police procedure.

So. You think chocking a person is part of police procedures?

When the big head is choked or chocked with the little head, they don't talk; the punk was still talking.

    Doesn't matter.

Mr "was holding a book and didn't even own a gun" was shot by a black cop and the police chief was black.

    They'll still blame whitey.

No you can be a total ass, insulting, refuse to comply, scream, and act like a general ass like most of the people who end up with their face in the pavement.

My son in law retired as a cop. I do not recall him saying that he had to only arrest those of his size. It is not the size of Wall upon reading more details nor his color. It is that he broke a law as judged by the cops. Now the DA can make the final decision.

I recommend that to anybody. If you are breaking the law, how can your color matter to anybody? Is this a free pass for blacks to rob banks? Wait, around here they rob feeble people and carry guns.,

Nice try Jethro. In the minds of folks like me the police are supposed to UPHOLD the law no matter what color the person is. Anyone who is causing a disturbance should be dealt with in accordance with police policy and procedure. Got that.

It shouldn't matter to Johnny Law, but unfortunately in more and more cases it does it seems.

Yea because where you live whites don't commit crimes, do they?

Damn on every thread you are related to or know somebody that has done something to the subject matter. Why don't you write a book, "The Adventures of Robert".

If the video is missing the first part, I always believe the cops initially.

    Have not been wrong yet.

If you are 14, I forgive you. I am almost 80 and naturally I have a lot of experience.

Chocking does not mean what you think it means.

Everybody can see his feet are slightly lifting up, because the cop got his hand at the guys throat and pushing him up.
That is choking. Get over it.

When our parents had The Talk with us, we were told to respond Yes Sir or Yes Ma'am.

Maybe you are causing problems by saying Yassa boss.

If he's saying "I can't breathe", he can breathe.

I'm missing the part saying choking is part of police procedures.
So I believe the cop is being dead wrong.

If the audio on the video picks him up saying he can't breathe, then he can breathe.

    It takes breath to talk.

Young man presented himself as a problem, the cops had a solution.

Cops in North Korea also got solutions.
    Doesn't make them right.

The video shows the cop trying to push the guy from up the ground by using his hand around the throat.
    That is choking.

Young man started a fight, the cops finished it. Simple math.

If the young man could still talk, he could still breathe.

Actually, it likely explains a great deal. Given there's some previous history there between her and the Waffle House, it's certainly possible she went back to settle the score with whoever or whatever there and dragged her brother into it. Heck, I've seen plenty of times some girl drama ends up being a family affair at school - although often it's the mothers of the fighting children that get involved.
