I think the media is running the show. Democrats are just pawns that do the media's bidding. I think it's funny how your average collectivist drone is more likely to trust the media then an independent minded person is. Especially after they get lied to constantly. Recent example: Senator Dianne Feinstein used Republican talking points against Single-Payer and gets booed by an audience of her constituents. Lies and says it's would be a "complete takeover by the government of all health care," when all it is is Medicare-for-all. The reason for Feinstein's dishonesty is the same as for all other issues:

If people actually cared about it then things would change but sadly it's easier to get people fired up now over bathrooms and terms used by people speaking on an issue than it is to get them to rally behind a leader that speaks out against the banks and government wars like Ron Paul or others that know our current establishment isn't in service to us.

Voting R or D isn't going to fix it at this point and when the system ends up finding a way to slam the Russia case in such as a way as to paint Russia horribly while getting Trump off the hook people will be fooled into more war.

Chomsky is forced to admit the Trump - Russia plot is transparently fake news because the actors on PBS, NBC, CBS, CNN and Democracy Now are worse than a middle school level stage play. The reason Chomsky deserves no respect is because he endorsed Hitlery.


CBS, who has proven time and again they have an impeach Trump agenda in its fake news coverage, had Jim Carrey on the Colbert Show, holding a blow up sex doll - Jim blurted out he named it "Melania" with the camera zooming in on the open sex mouth head of the offensive porn prop. Sickening.

We all love 'Dumb and Dumber' but Jim Carrey is living proof that anti-depressants don't work, and everyone should stay off SSRI's. SSRI's should be banned by the govmnt due to the connection to many, many, suicides. Hollywood is officially over with.

Actually the MSM has always been in service to power. Chomsky and Abby Martin are not your enemy even if you disagree with them on a one or two issues.

I disagreed with Chomsky about Hillary being the lesser of the 2 evils because I saw a video of her threatening nuclear war and she said the TPP was "the gold standard of trade agreements." Chomsky saw it differently because of Trump's unprecedented threat to the environment, which scientists warn will lead to worldwide catstrophe. Also his "off the spectrum" economic agenda but which Killary is little better.

So we'll meaning people can agree to disagree on this.

 

To show how effective the Trump hating left wing news is, both Democrat and Republican members holding town halls say that Russia never even comes up.

 

So your solution is to settle on some leader who talks as we like. How about organizing people to tell leaders how it's going to be? The problem is that most people don't know that government FEARS us greatly when we are organized and issue demands.

Any sane individual would be skeptical.

 

But that's what the corporate media has always done. Stenograhpy. No independent fact checking. They just repeat what they're told by official sources and it's assumed as fact. And that all US actions and intentions are Presupposed as altruistic and defensive.

 

They haven't always done that. But now the leftist media will take any rumor they can find and report it as fact, as long as it damages the right. They still wouldn't report Obama robbing a bank even if they had the video.

 

Yes, the leftist corporate media with its strong ties to Big Business, weapons manufacturers, oil majors, heath insurance cartells, Big Pharma, financial institutions, the CIA, and the Pentagon. All of which support the corporate-protectionist Free Trade agenda and US militarism.

 

Any independent study shows the media tilts left, and often far left.

 

Journalists may hold socially liberal views but what matters is who owns the media and what its business model is. Your studies must be ignoring the biases I mentioned.

The press is generally more dependable and reliable if they are targeted to a more intelligent client base. Journalists who are selected to present to a more intelligent base, capable of critical thinking and more educated will obviously have the same quality as the base.

This is why Fox news made a conscient choice to target the most basic people, with lower IQ, lower level of education and very little critical thinking abilities. . .it is simple. . .they do not have to provide highly intellectual or even truthful news. . .anything that "pleases" the base will do! This is the reason why Fox News, in spite of the lies, the scandals, and the hypocrisy has been successful at amassing a large amount of viewers. . .they are targeting the bottom of the barrel, and that is what they get!
