No it is not "illegal" to have a picture of the President in a public school. However if it is used as a polling place it must be covered up. Whether it is appropriate to post the political statements and campaign logos at any time is debatable.

Okay. It appears you are saying that it was put up at the behest of Obama. Is this correct or is your argument going to change again?

Nope, but that his administration sets the example for people violating the law and doing so.

Oh, so you were not agreeing with the OP when you said my denials were purely partisan, but rather just ragging on me when I am right for no reason other than (*)(*)(*)(*)s and giggles?

Face reality. You attacked me sans all the facts, and now are desperately attempting to mire your goalposts to fit your failed a4rgument. You want to prattle on about (*)(*)(*)(*) like "bit the president set the example" then leave me out of it. I prefer facts, not this incessant blame assignment that seems to have covered your post blocking out objectivity.

    Let's review

Me>> He and his justice department merely set the example, the law doesn't have to be obeyed.

Now if you want to discuss it, the charge that Obama and his administration set the example, have at it. If you just want to speciously whine..............go home and cry to momma.

    Thats cute.

What evidence do you have that Obama had anything to do with the paintings?
