I noticed trump resisted the continuing CR passed by both houses by rejecting it and shutting down government. If that isn't resistence and obstruction then you need a dictionary.

I do agree that trump is a primitive negotiator and a bullying coward. I'm glad you are finally coming to that conclusion - that is if you apply the same criteria you use to assess Pelosi to your dear leader.

 

She doesn't need to offer anything. Americans oppose the wall, the House opposes the wall - so Trump doesn't get a wall.
