Egoism is an ethical theory. Your statement makes no sense.

No, it's a very fair question. You don't like it because it exposes the utter bullshit-bs-smiley-emoticon.gif of the forced-birth fetish.

It is not out of touch, it is a most real scenario.

He knows what the correct answer, he just doesn’t like the point it proves.

He’s got a point. That anti-abortion civil suit move was a pretty good example of chickenshit tactics.

Don't be absurd. Of course it was. Virtually nobody that voted for the 14th amendment thought they were doing so to legalize abortion nation-wide. That novel interpretation came about ~100 years later, at the hands of the Supreme Court.

How many abortion laws were thrown out for being unconstitutional violations of the 14th Amendment in the first 100 years after its ratification? None that I'm aware of. What changed in 1973? Certainly not the law, it had been the same for a century. Was there a national referendum on abortion? No, it was just a whim of the handful of appointees to the Supreme Court.

It certainly suggests an indifference to due process.

That's how I'd describe your entire, bolded, caps-locked, large-font post.

Be careful of what interpretations you accept and reject. You might not like what constitutional rights you lose.

Why would I care about what laws existed before the establishment of a legal precedent? Do you think they’re relevant?

I think it's inaccurate to say that I "advocate" it. My position is more of indifference to it, while noting the positives.

Because they refute the absurd argument that the passage of the 14th Amendment legalized abortion nation-wide.

Maybe some ignorance of the law, but certainly not what you claimed. Seems like you were being dishonest then decided to walk it back. Or maybe you need to work on how you construct your posts.

YOU PUBLICLY SUPPORTED SUCH ILLEGAL STUPIDITY. NOTED, AND IT'S TOO LATE TO GO BACK AND DELETE.

There is no forced birth like there is no forced life. :(

But there is forced death, usually called murder or abortion.

It's very easy to kill somebody or prevent an embryo to come to life. The opposite is unfortunately not so easy, except for normal birth.

How exactly? We’ve had plenty of unconstitutional laws on the books for decades at a time. What makes these any different?

It's exactly what I claimed. You need to work on your reading comprehension skills:

Jeffries' tweet is a perfect example of the highlighted portions.

Which is worth more - 1,000 fetuses, or a single, day-old baby? My ethics - and the law - point to a singular answer.
