    Suggest you use sources that are lower in hyperbole and higher in data...

    US Border Patrol provides the following numbers....

    October 2020....71,922
    November. ....72,081
    December. ....73,923
    January. ....78,323

    There has been a steady increase in the numbers since well before the current administration took over...

    As pointed out above, for many months the number entering the US without papers has been increasing

    Obviously, the administration can never say it isn't accountable. The president is always accountable.

    That's not a question that Psaki has to spend time explaining to some reporter.

    The question is why did that reporter think we should listen to something Trump said, when he was and is a total failure who demonstrates no connection to the truth on any topic.

    That is one reason I wrote that I liked her response. I think the reporter should have asked a question without claiming "Many Americans" and then when asked admitted that she was referring to Trump's comments. I understand why some posters here aren't happy with what they considered a "non answer" but I think she handled it well.

    I think I came in here expecting some information on what they are doing at the border but instead, this is basically another "screw" Trump thread with ZERO substance. So let me get this straight, the breaking news here is that is that they don't care what former president says? Good! They shouldn't. How is this relevant with regards to border policy?

    Those unhappy seem to think Psaki should have attributed current numbers to no cause other than the the first days of Biden's term - as if he failed due to not solving immigration in a month.

    As for today's Republicans, they are proving that their TOTAL direction will include ZERO ideas concerning America's wellbeing and will focus entirely on blocking this administration and then blaming Biden.

    Their direction on COVID aid is a STARTLING example.

    The majority of REPUBLICAN voters wanted this bill, yet EVERY Republican congressman in the House and Senate voted to kill it.

    Is there even one single citizen of the USA who thinks Republican congressmen would cooperate on an immigration improvement?

    The OP was nothing BUT an attack on Psaki.

    And, you are right that the attacks on Psaki have not had anything to do with policy.

    Woops - I TOTALLY misrepresented the OP.

    i do appologize for that.

    I think the responses from there included a lot of attack by those who are desperate to hold anything related to this administration in a bad light.

    I'm not sure. Seems anyone who questions voting machine software is getting sued in every third world court capable of suing people. Oh well such is life.
