    You have shown nothing of the sort. Puerto Rico is another socialist failure who thinks high taxes, high spending, and high debt are a good way to govern a society. Let them wallow in their own failure.

    Obviously, you fail to comprehend "Chapter 11".

    That's impossible, because with a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, a receiver is appointed to manage the financial affairs of the company.
