In the real world where no cares about any colour but the colour of money, businesses fail because of poor business models, inadequate planning, insufficient working capital, etc etc.

Most of that money was lost because of the war on drugs. We spent years throwing people in prison primarily minirities for minor drug offenses like simple possession, and we spent billions each year paying to keep them in prison.

And the war on drugs was racists from the start. That is why "black" drugs like crack cocaine are treated as worse than drugs used primarily by white people like powder cocaine, despite studies showing the two are the same.
As ND meth, despite being one of the worst drugs isn't treated on that same level.
