There's one against burglary, in both cases the person thought the other was violating the law. Black question white OK, white question black racist.

Um...except in one case the person could actually see the law being broken. The other was an assumption based on no actual proof. See the difference?

Slavery's over, the South in rebellion is over, the Civil War's over -- 155 years now. Grant gave us a real good arse kickin'; Sherman the military genius extended that arse kickin' to Atlanta as one of the best generals ever to have lived. The North and Grant extended no mercy (doing exactly what they should have done -- kill, break, burn, kill, break, burn, kill -- they could not have fought more perfectly) and had no fear of winning (winning is the only thing in war). We're long over it now. The North beat the South fair and square by using the best and harshest tactics of war possible. It was war and it was a long time ago. We lost and now got to get back to work and move on up.
