The Mankato School Board of a Minnesota school district voted unanimously for a policy that may grant additional pay exclusively to non-white teachers.

Don't tell me liberals don't want segregation and that they are not racist. They'll claim someone is racist or a bigot, or that there is systemic racism in America by white people, but their actions are the opposite of what they preach.

Take President Trump for example: The Left claimed he was racist and people (all dems) firmly believed that. The reality in fact was that President Trump did more for the black community than did any other president.

The Mankato School Board chaired by Jodi Sapp voted to amend district policy so that non-white teachers only may receive "additional stipends" to become mentors to other non-white colleagues. The new policy will also have the district "placing American Indian educators and educators of color at sites with other educators of color."

These new measures are designed to "increase opportunity for collegial support" for BIPOC teachers, boosting the districts retention rate among these demographics.

Its tough to keep track of the many schools across the nation that are controlled or chaired by school boards that have these so-called educators spewing their racist policies like this one and like the racist CRT to our school children. Disgusting racists them all.

Democrats are all about singling out their constituency and grafting for them. Just another example of racism used to entice minority support for fragile democratic party elites....

I used to live in Minnesota. Back in those days they were known as the Democrat Farm Labor Party. Now they are just Progessive Wokists. Glad I don't live there anymore. They have gone insane.

Afirmative action is restitution for the years of suffering caused by jim crow laws, not racism.

This isn't affirmative action. But even if it were, AA is also racism. You can argue that it's justifiable racism but it's still race based bigotry.

Honestly, I would find it insulting for someone to tell me that I'm getting a break because I am not good enough but my skin color makes it OK.

Discrimination based on race. What is the word for that? It's right on the tip of my tongue...

    Definition of racism

1: a belief that race is a fundamental determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race

How do you ascertain exactly who suffered? Some are new arrivals with dark skin. Wouldn't it just be easier to do this?

We used to say "prejudice" when racism seemed too strong. It's all the same!

Right on point, affirmative action, reparations for slavery BLM violence, and the teaching of CRT are all factors in describing racism, racist intent and or race baiting at its highest level.

Yes, I knew that this definition would come up so let's go with it. In this case the school board felt that white teachers were fundamentally different, inherently superior, and as such, did not need to be granted additional pay for doing the same job.

I just got a raise at work you know why?
Certainly was not the color of my skin.

Because I've been there almost a year and I show up on time and do my job.

Have you ever noticed that some people will post racially themed posts in order to allow themselves and others to condem those they consider race baiters. If I were defining irony this would be a great example
