I think it is more along the lines that MAGA requires group-think. There are no true thoughts, ideals or policies, just vagaries that require confirmation and affirmation through mutual required agreement, and hence they assume everyone else is a binary.

 

She was influenced by Justice Scalia. Justice Scalia has made some interesting statements over the years. One of them was he thought the rights under the Soviet Constitution were better than ours. That does not mean he agreed with communism, but to hear his argument that the Soviet Constitution was written in such as a way that it lead to a one-party state and the state guaranteed certain rights to its people. In that, he argued that we had separation of powers, especially between the legislative, executive, and judicial. In the beginning, the judicial was just an afterthought. Now, it is one of the most powerful branches of government that has crushed both Democratic and Republican administrations alike. He also said that every country has a Constitution and he usually has to argue with Europeans about what the US Separation of Powers is compared to the European separation of powers, among other things. European Separation of Powers is between Judicial and Legislative/Executive. The Executive is just a continuation of the legislative, especially in parliamentary governments like UK and others.

Ours was created in a time when kings ruled and were absolute. That the King granted the rights you had as God's lone servant and Ambassador to the people. We argued it was to each individual and came up with the Enlightenment Philosophy within the confines of our Constitution.

I always find it uncanny how some suggest others do what they probably ought to do themselves. They cried about Hillary's loss for how many years? Such sad faces.

 

The problem I'm having believing this is that if it reflects the attitude of others on your side, why all the defense for her? Many people will say that just because someone skates on criminal charges that doesn't mean they're innocent. Simple question. Do you believe Hillary was guilty or not? A simple yes or no answer would suffice, but feel free to elaborate.

Yea, it irks them that he pardoned criminals, but it goes right over their heads that by doing so he's admitted that they ARE criminals. Nothing in our criminal justice system says you can't let a criminal out of jail early. It's why Parole Boards exist.

I called them up after I saw Michael Cohen on TV stating things that he said he was going to tell the grand jury and had told the grand jury that were contrary to what he told us when we first represented him in April of 2018. So I’m sitting at home watching these lies and I said I’ve got to do something about it. I don’t represent Donald Trump, but I do stand for justice. And I think I have a legal obligation to inform both sides. So that’s what I did.
