Hillary Clinton should have been prosecuted. It was political that the DOJ, under Loretta Lynch's oversight, did not prosecute Hillary Clinton for her classified email mess. Nobody should be prosecuted because of politics, like Trump obviously is, but at the same time politics shouldn't have kept Clinton from being held responsible for her crimes.

Now, I would have been okay with Hillary being prosecuted. If a court of law would have found her guilty, I'd have been fine with throwing her into jail.

I agree with you. What we've seen from the anti-Trump brigade for the last 7-8 years is banana republic tactics.
There couldn't be an intelligent person alive who would say that going after Trump wasn't politically motivated.

Yes, I did. Hillary Clinton probably broke many laws. Even FBI Director, James Comey, was on her case constantly during the 2016 campaign. She was allowed to bleach-bit her server, while was illegally located in a restroom, and smash her Bluetooth devices, thus destroying evidence. It was once more an example of the double standard, one for Republicans and a far more permissive one for Democrats.

 

If Rand Paul's Statement were to come true, for god unforseen reason, is that within the US Constituiton? No it is not. YOu need evidence. Sen. Paul gave none. He gave a statement, but a statement with no factual basis and the Trump base is eating it up like it is the gospel truth.

Your side claims it is for the US Constitution, but have violated it on more than one occasion from the right to vote to the right of free speech, you know, like kneeling in protest while on national TV while getting uppity about it, and so forth. Both sides, not one or the other, have misconstrued what the US Constitution says or has said. One of the biggest talk right now among RW is secession and the 10th amendment even though the Supreme Court case, White v Texas, and US Constitution, Article VI, section 3, the Supremacy clause, says otherwise. And that is just one example. Then we have LGBTQ and the lack of free speech therein, all in the name, at any cost, "to protect children." And the list can go on and on with your side also violating the US Constitution.
