Rep. Allen West: Liberal Black Leaders Overseeing 21st Century Plantation

It's always nice to see an African American of all people trivialize slavery like that. Not that he had any integrity to start with.

There's really nothing to do about it. 90% of black people have never stopped being slaves in their mind. Deep down, they think it's white man's job to take care of them.

The slaves who left Egypt were the same way. They were ungrateful to God for their freedom, telling Moses, "At least in Egypt we had bread!" Only by wandering in the desert for 40 years until the slave generation died out did the Israelites become worthy of the Promised Land.

Blacks that remain chained to government subsidies and hand outs for their existence are every bit as enslaved to good old Uncle Scam as their ancestors were, in a very real sense.
If professional athletes can declare themselves to be slaves (albeit, high priced slaves, as Curt Flood did) then it's disingenuous to ignore the kind of child like dependence that enslaves the black underclass....but you go ahead anyway.

Could one of our liberal horde members tell me how it is racist to expect black people to take responsibility for their actions and to provide for their families and themselves?

I don't care if they like to shoot dies, drink wine and screw around like rabbits but I don't want to pay for the kids that come from those actions. I don't want to and I will not tolerate the crime that the liberal horde blames the victim for because the victim has something that the black kids want.

 

That is just like slavery. There is certainly no difference between that and forced labor that I can think of. Not one thing.

The minimum wage eliminates most jobs blacks are qualified to fill.

Mmmm...not as stupid as the question, I think. No one "forces" people to take money. People choose to take it. But once they do get hooked on government housing, food stamps, medical care, cash payouts etc., it's very very difficult to cut the cord and become independent.
Not as tough as escaping to the north, I would think. But very difficult, still.
And Uncle Scam does precious little to make people do something to earn what they get and, indeed, with more money for more children, you get sucked further and further under as you go on saddling the rest of society with your parasite brood.

It's a sick sick relationship that does no one any good, in the end.

I'm well aware of both what slavery and a metaphor is. He directly mentiones slavery and plantations. He is comparing without using "like" or "as." If he did of course that would be a similie and not a metaphor.

Only the introduction into slavery is different. Once there, a slave is a slave, is a slave.

Our dependent slaves ARE free to leave slavery at any time they choose. Yet, they remain slaves.
