Mike Pence is somewhere to the right of Genghis Khan. I actually fear him more than Donald Trump, because he at least give the appearance of being sane.

In any case, right now the GOP needs Donald Trump. Their agenda is a total disaster...and since they control damn near everything in the country, they need a big time fall guy when the bill comes due.

    Bingo!

If it really were a loser...you guys would keep quiet...and let it do good for you.

Most of what you post here is stupid, ignorant and points to a simple minded fool who delights in trolling. Congrats on achieving your goal.

I hope it's what you were seeking to accomplish in life. lol

Yup. We all can. Which is why I am doing it here.

If someone is doing something to further a goal of mine...the last thing in the world I would do is to call it to his/her attention. I would not try to stop it...I WOULD ENCOURAGE IT.

So...I guess we both like to confront ignorance...right?

I am doing what I consider the best thing to do with guys like you.

And quite honestly, you are helping me achieve that goal with more diligence than I expected.;-)

Perceived ignorance, as I'm not the ignorant one here.

Difference is you are making bombastic claims and I am just merely pointing that out to you.

I'm taking a bow because you play into my hands.

I'd much rather be actually discussing the topic of the thread, which has to do with why Republicans are dumbing down our nation.

I suspect it is because "dumb" is what they know.

    You're a Republican, right?

If you think my responses advance your agenda then you are sadly mistaken.

I'll just add you to large pile of other posters here who have been disastrously off in prediction.

I would advice you take your tin hat off, but that is just me.

    You are helping.

I think it is cute that you don't realize it.

But that may have to do with the fact that Republicans ARE defining lunacy down!

Because 1. we have no proof God exists and 2. America is not exclusively a Christian nation. It is simply misleading to have "In God We Trust" on our dollar bills. Someone in the world just farted, we might as well put our trust in that, because it actually exists. Why all the sudden should it matter if a leader is Christian, or their beliefs are Christian? Why are we obligated to have Christianity move America forward? I saw a bumper sticker on a Chevy Aveo at Walmart once that said, "You Can't Be Catholic, and be Pro Choice." That deserves to be framed, and put in the White House, cause' its so true.

Conservative ideals and thoughts don't match the 21st Century values in this nation. What worked for Reagan in the 80's, and Eisenhower in the 50's was acceptable because they were 20th Century standards. And these far-right idealists you just voted in? Yeah, they want to preach and practice 20th Century values, and a 20th Century America can simply not thrive in a 21st Century World. Reason the Constitution needs updated.

I enjoyed your rebuttal. Thanks. At least you have thought out your reasons instead of just taking what one side says for granted. And you are correct, i.e. the constitution is not specific enough to justly represent some of the social and philosophical issues of today. So we do the best we can and elect (often) weak minded officials to make the judgment calls for us.

The fact I would vote for someone who believes God’s laws are the best laws for a nation should not really upset you. This is a democracy, not a theocracy. One man one vote, and if I choose for my representative to vote to make abortion illegal because God says so, what of it? Do I have to explain our reasons? No. Neither do you why you vote or choose to kick God out of every public presence available.
We can leave whether there is proof for God’s existence or not for another day.
