I wasn't asking why he didn't go public DURING the investigation, I'm asking why he hasn't gone public now that the investigation is over IF Barr was covering something up. Again, you seem to think that there would be some sort of problem with Mueller coming out with the truth if Barr has covered something up and you haven't explained why. "Electoral system" implies the computer systems which handle various parts of the election, which people were originally thinking may have been hacked by Russia. So you weren't meaning this?

In Golem's world just knowing someone makes them guilty? You must not be familiar with the legal concept of "fruit from the poison tree"? Mueller was charged with the investigation of "collusion" between Trump and the Russians to throw the election. If the investigation proves to be unfounded, then anything else they found would be fruit from the poison tree. Meaning all of the other alleged wrong doing would have not been found if not for the false collusion investigation. Even a first year law student could fight it on a 4th amendment argument.

Please don't be surprised when all the indictments and plea deals are vacated.

 

That was the scope of Mueller's investigation. If there is no collusion, then the "other" crimes are irrelevant as fruit from the poison tree.
