That's right.No different than the way the Bureau of Labor Statistics
managed to magically disappear around *1.2 Million in the Labor force
thus ushering in how Obama managed to get that all important Unemployment
rate at below 8 %. Because no President ever got Re-elected with
Unemployment at 8 % or higher.
Reuters was the first one on the block to publish the heady rise in
Hillary Clinton's bounce.When Democrat Stratergist Pat Caddell looked into
how Hillary got such a healthy bounce directly after her Speech
or a day later,it was Obvious that the way Reuters arrived at that bounce
was different than ever before.They changed the way the data is
applied.According to Caddell not only did Reuters change their formula
but they went back and changed their results for when Trump was ahead.
And then they took Trumps leads after his convention and baked it into
being a Hillary lead.

This is also how in the month leading up to the ObamaCare vote,the
polling also took a major turn.They basically did the same thing.
They disregarded previous polls which all but for a few outliers had a
good majority of Americans NoT Wanting Health Care Reform.
They changed the way polls asked americans about Health Care.
That's all this is.No way on Earth is Hillary that popular.
Or that Trump is that loathed.This is being done by bureaucrats the same
way it was expected this MSM was gonna turn on Trump as soon as he
won his Nomination.This is predictable.Just like the way Obama is feverishly
