Flynn shouldn't have lied in the first place. If he hadn't lied to Pence & FBI he'd still have a job.

In order to find out whether or not there will be an indictment you have to interview the appropriate people you think are involved. Hence that's why trump needs to appear and give testimony as to his side of the story. Hopefully he won't lie otherwise he'll be looking at perjury charges.

Mueller is delusional. After getting caught setting perjury traps and having missing 302's, there is NO WAY he gets an interview with Trump, unless Trump wants it to happen.

He was appointed by a trump appointee in the first place, but don't let that little item get in the way of a powerfully lame "fruit of the poison tree" defense, that frankly has been blown out of the water a couple times in court already.

What's not good for your democratic republican form of government is a lyin' cheatin' crook as president, running his administration in mob boss fashion.

If the Special Prosecutor wants to interview him, he can be called. He can also be called by the Grand Jury, in which case he has to appear without council and he cannot negotiate the questions.

There is a policy in the Justice Department that suggest that a sitting President cannot be indicted. However, there is no case law at all to support that policy, and it will certainly be challenged in court, should the issue come up.

There was case law in place that said a sitting PResident could not be compelled to testify in a court case when Ken Starr decided to take that notion to the Supreme Court. Clinton made a deal to testify after that, given that the odds were even.

This is the scenario Trump has been headed toward for most of the last two years.

The issue of whether a sitting President can be subpoenaed or indicted will certainly wind up in the Supreme Court.

We already have Mr Kavanaugh's contention that a sitting president can't be indicted. Which was the sole reason why Trump nominated him to the Court. The Federalist Society and the GOP had other choices. We also know that Kavanaugh met with Trump's attorneys during the nomination process, a fact exposed by Kamila Harris, who cautioned Kavanaugh as he was clearly getting ready to lie about it.

This does not mean that Trump has a get out of jail free card. But he clearly did his best to stack the court.

You just repeated a lie. At no time did trump admit to obstructing justice. Comey deserved to be fired and his firing had no negative effect on the investigation. Hell, the special prosecutor was appointed after Comey was fired. This is another example of the left trying to twist everything trump says or does into a crime. Another reason trump shouldnt talk to Mueller.
