Obviously they do since they appear to have been awarded a court order to cease using their music. Couldn't make an opinion, never heard of them myself, but Romney seemed to appreciate their music, believing it had a message or something that would describe his campaign. Seriously if they do not agree with the usage of their music, be it an opposing political party or some hate group there should be legal avenues to assure they are not associated with that group or organization. But like the old saying goes there is no bad publicity, as long as you are getting noticed.
